Question 1: Is this a legitimate work-from-home opportunity?

Question 2: Am I required to complete a background check?

Yes, We require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or pled guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as an agent. There is a one-time fee of $30 (subject to change at platform discretion)

Question 3: Are any benefits provided?

As an independent contractor, benefits such as medical, dental, and vacation time are not provided. You will not be classified as an employee, meaning any necessary coverage will be the agent's responsibility.

Question 4: Is training paid?

No, as independent contractors, our agents do not receive payment during the "certification" process, which is not considered traditional training. You are required to attend all certification courses, and once completed, you will begin taking calls for which you will be compensated.

Question 5: Am I required to pay any fees?

As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for covering your own operating costs, including landline phone service, internet, and any necessary equipment to perform your role. Additionally, a servicing fee of $50.00 is deducted from each pay period to cover technical support, tools, and other resources. This fee is lower than standard tax deductions typically seen in traditional employment.

Question 6: What is the rate of pay?

The pay rate varies based on the client you choose to work with. Currently, agents earn between $10.00 and $18.00 per hour as a base rate. There is no cap on how much you can earn—the more hours you work, the more income you generate.

Question 7: Are taxes withheld from my pay?

No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. As an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form instead of a W-2 for tax purposes at the end of the year.

Currently, we only contract with agents within the United States, with the exception of the following states: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.4o mini
